- 6-8 medium yellow onions (sliced)
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place sliced onions in slow cooker.
- Toss onions in 4tbsp of olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
- Set slow cooker to low and allow onions to cook 10-15 hours (depending on how browned you like them). Stir occasionally.
